Madre Mezcal held by a woman in front of bright colored wall
2 ounces Madre mezcal
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce ginger juice
1 ounce raw agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces sparkling water
1 sprig mint
Lime quarter
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Be careful, as the bubbles in the sparkling water will give a little pushback. Strain into a copper Mule mug. Add fresh rocks to the top of the glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a quartered lime.
