Prestige vodka producer Stock Spirits has purchased six ventilators, six oxygen concentrators and personal protective equipment (PPE) for three hospitals in Poland.

The Italy, Central and Eastern Europe-focused company gave the ventilators and oxygen concentrators to the Luxmed Hospital in Warsaw, Poland.

The group also donated 500 PPE uniforms and 500 FFP3 masks to the Szpital Czerniakowski Hospital in Warsaw and the Samodzielnego Publicznego Szpitala Klinicznego in Lublin.

Mirek Stachowicz, chief executive officer of Stock Spirits, said: “We are delighted to be in a position to help the medical services and individuals in Poland who are working so hard to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We will continue to do everything we can to help at this critically important time.”

In December 2020, Stock Spirits reported its full-year sales rose by 9.1%, buoyed by vodka sales in Poland.
